Teaching Maths, Chemistry and Physics
This year I am entering my final year at the University of Liverpool reading Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies. I am strong in Mathematics and Physics, so over the past four years I have helped and tutor many GCSE and A Level students across different exam boards.
I offer a friendly and professional structured lesson plan to suit your needs. To master any subject, a clear concept of the topic is paramount. My lesson style ensures the student (you) has a clear understanding of what is being asked.
Each lesson we will begin with a small exercise recalling the previous lesson's topic to boost confidence with that topic. The main section of the lesson we will go through the main content of the topic.
After this, to compound this knowledge and information, I work through a sample question with the student before they have a go at it themselves. During this time I may ask further questions to encourage a critical thinking and problem solving mindset.
This helps develop a greater understanding and identifies areas where further assistance is required. Applying maths and physics to real world scenarios is another area I like to encourage.
My goal for you as the student is to obtain a solid understanding of the subject that will allow you to retain the information learnt and take your exams with confidence.
